    I've had great help and understanding from all staff here with passport help each time I've needed it. The queue can look daunting at times, I don't queue well, but don't despair, it is serviced surprisingly fast. It's not an easy job to put on a smiley face for hundreds of customers every day. But 5 stars to these guys.

    Nice post office with friendly staff. I've rarely had to line up for more than a minute. Conveniently located right near the carpark, so there's no need to trek through the whole shopping centre. Very handy spot, especially if needing to post larger items!

    Friendly staff, but tiny post shop. Best to go during the day not first thing in the morning or afternoon when it's not full

    I found one lady at this shop very rude in particular giving my partner and I little to no information about Australian passports and then proceeded to not attempt to fix the camera to take our photo. And basically sent us away. Telling me to just call someone else and ask. However there was another lady who approached us working here aswell who extremely helpful attempting to fix the camera and not ignore us. Hence the 2nd star. Very disappointing
