    Great store everything is easy to find fab layout, terrific stock (except for female clothing) very affordable something for everyone. Love there party and dressup corner.

    Fantastic staff , helpfull and friendly . The staff member i got served by was a young man called Jordan , very polite and friendly . I will be going back there again .

    I had a problem with a TV I purchased some time ago and approached the Store Manager, Robert Gray, with my problem. He was insanely helpful. David and his staff gave me service over-and-beyond anything I could have hoped for. I strongly urge everyone to shop at Big W, Runaway Bay because this level of service deserves to be experienced by all shoppers.

    old store, but great prices need more big W stores around the GC.
