  Booked with Sam Fernandes, had a bad experience with Flight Centre in the past so was suspicious to book however his good presentation, extensive destination knowledge and his ability to ensure every aspect of my trip was covered made me feel appreciated. Sam created my travel itinerary down to the finest detail and rewrote my perception of travel agents. Sam was more than a travel agent, the way he cared for me tenderly during the planning stage made him seem like loving family and I recommend anyone wanting to book at Runaway Bay FC to see Sam, and he will cater for all your needs like he did for me. Thanks Sam.

  I have dealt with flight centre for my traveling arrangements for the last 5 years. My agent was Niki Dart. Not only did she flawlessly organize my multi leg trips, when there were unforseen hiccups along the way, Nikki sorted them all out with just one email. I cannot speak highly enough of Niki and the flight centre team. Will definitely be using them for all my future bookings and holidays.. Thanks again!!

  Had a worst experience in any flight centre . Staff does mistakes and blame to customer specially Patrice and Sam store manager .i think they should shut the business . I recommend don't go to bunch of greedy people working their.

  Recently booked a trip to Canada with Patrice and she was an absolute gem! I usually book everything myself online but will book through Patrice in future as she literally took all the stress out of booking the trip. She was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, offered amazing prices and service. Cannot thank her enough, will be recommending Patrice to everyone!
